Biography

Born 1984 in Vienna. 2009 graduation of the subject conservation and restoration at the Academy of Fine Arts, Vienna - main subject: conservation-restoration of objects - focus on wood. 2005-2015 freelancer at Kopp Restauratoren GmbH. 2010-2020 managing director of "Restaurierung Formánek GesbR." Since 2013, board member and treasurer of ÖRV – Professional Association of Austrian Restorers; since 2018, lecturer at the Academy of Fine Arts, IKR, subject area: objects - focus on wood; since 2019, wood restorer at the Wien Museum.
