The courtyard and the ground-floor exhibition space can be accessed without using steps. The remaining exhibition spaces are located on the first floor and can only be reached via steps.

There is a stroller parking area in the cloakroom. The courtyard and the exhibition room on the ground floor are accessible without steps. The remaining exhibition rooms are located on the first floor and can only be reached via steps. Strollers may be taken into the exhibition area if there is sufficient space. The staff at the ticket offices will provide you with further information.

Bicycle parking spaces are located in front of the museum.

Food and drinks are not permitted in the exhibition rooms. You are allowed to eat food you have brought with you in the garden.

You are welcome to film or take photos in our museums for private use. To protect our objects, please do not use flash, tripods, or selfie sticks. Objects marked with a crossed-out camera symbol may not be photographed.

Sanitary facilities are located on the ground floor. There is no accessible restroom.

Visitors can find seating on the first floor.

A small selection of thematically relevant merchandise and items with a connection with Vienna is offered at the ticket desk.
