The exhibition circles around the themes of dabbling, failing, and apologizing. The centerpiece of the show is Apologizing Men by artists Julia Niemann and Leonie Seibold. The expansive video installation shows clips of men apologizing – from films to music videos and from politicians' speeches to materials form historical archives . Other pieces in the exhibit come from the Wien Museum’s collection. This effort to expand the show’s kaleidoscope into various other historical and contemporary realms might fail. For this, the curators ask your forgiveness in advance.
